Brett A Johnson, ChFC^®

Meet Brett Johnson, Financial Advisor of RJFS and dedicated member of the SBS Financial team with nearly 20 years of industry experience. Brett's journey in finance began at Blackhawk College, and her career has been marked by growth and commitment.

Brett's introduction to the founding partners of SBS Financial dates back to her internship at Merrill Lynch in 2007. Impressed by her dedication, they invited her to join their newly established team as a receptionist in 2008. Over the years, Brett's role evolved from lead admin to advisor, culminating in her becoming the team's first junior partner in 2021.

Her decision to become a financial advisor was driven by her desire to have more meaningful conversations with clients, identifying opportunities and potential issues to help them pursue a brighter future. Brett holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC^®) designation, reflecting her expertise and commitment to ethical practices.

What Brett enjoys most about her work is problem-solving—delivering strategies that address clients' needs and receiving their appreciation in return.

Outside of work, Brett is a devoted mother to three children. Her hobbies include attending her kids' sports events, spending quality time with family, staying active, enjoying the outdoors, and indulging in a good book.
